Listen to free music online without downloading

Finding free gospel music lets you listen to new artists without spending money on your music library. Fortunately, plenty of websites offer a variety of downloadable, free music.

Where to Download Free Gospel Music

While the gospel genre isn’t as mainstream as pop or country, you can still find many safe, reputable sources for free music in this category. Try one of the following sites to find available downloads.

  • Vineyard Songs has a free music download of the month as well as streaming music in the Praise and Worship subgenre of Gospel, with artists such as Jesse Meyer and Samuel Yoder. The songs are downloaded in mp3 format, and you do not need to register on the site to access the downloads.
  • Godly Christian Music offers over 1,800 free mp3 files. This site contains user-submitted music in a wide range of Gospel songs of all styles as well as other Christian genres with hundreds of independent unsigned artists. You don’t have to register to download, and the files come in mp3 format.
  • Secret Place Ministries – This site offers five free Christian music downloads if you subscribe to their email list, which is free to do. The songs are in the Praise and Worship genre and an mp3 format, and they come with an accompanying free download of the sheet music for the songs.
  • New Release Tuesday offers a new free music download every Tuesday. They feature a variety of Gospel styles with a strong emphasis on Contemporary Christian Music and Praise and Worship with artists such as Natasha Owens and Todd Agnew. You must provide your email address and zip code to download the free songs in mp3 format.
  • CCM Magazine, or CCM, is a leading authority on this genre of music. They offer a free mp3 download every week, and you do not need to register to access the freebie. Their library emphasizes Contemporary Christian Music and Praise and Worship. Artists include Jonny Diaz and Newsong.
  • Amazon Digital Music sometimes has a small selection in this category, but it offers free mp3 downloads for Gospel in its Digital Music section. You must register for an Amazon account first, and it offers mostly traditional Gospel choir songs and hymns with artists such as Justine and Kimberly and Alberto Rivera.
  • Internet Archive specializes in Haitian, Caribbean, Trinidad, and Jamaican Gospel music. You do not need to register, and the songs are in mp3, torrent, and in one case, MIDI. It does not feature professional artists but user-generated recordings.
  • Praise World Radio specializes in Africa-based Gospel artists such as Monique and Kingstan, with genres such as Urban Contemporary Gospel, Praise and Worship, and Classic Hymns. Each artist offers one free download, and the site features many artists. The downloads are in mp3 format and do not require registration.
  • ReverbNation features indie, up-and-coming Gospel artists mostly in the Urban Contemporary Gospel and Praise and Worship genres such as Caleb Cross and Youthful Praise. Each artist typically offers at least one free download. You must register for free “as a Fan” on the site before you can access the music, which is downloaded in mp3 format.

Types of Gospel Music

Gospel music is religious-themed songwriting associated with the Christian faith. There are a variety of styles and even sub-genres that have their own large fanbases. One user may be interested in downloading a Christian-themed pop song, while another might be searching for a Praise and Worship tune. All of these varieties are available to download online.

  • Southern Gospel is usually associated with vocal harmony groups, similar in style to barbershop quartets. Recently, a subgenre of Southern gospel, called progressive Southern gospel has emerged, that blends more modern musical inspirations with the vocal harmony roots.
  • Bluegrass Gospel is often closely associated with Southern Gospel and country music but has more of a jazz sound than the other genres.
  • Urban Contemporary Gospel is a type of music heavily influenced by rap and modern R B but with a Christian message.
  • Celtic Gospel finds its roots in Ireland by adopting many of the sounds that were present in historical Irish tunes.
  • Contemporary Christian Music, which is often referred to as “CCM,” encompasses the sounds of popular modern music but marries it with Christian and faith-based lyrics.
  • Christian Rock music carries the beat and sound of traditional rock music, but leaves out many of the controversial lyrics and the questionable lifestyles of those who are typically associated with this genre of music.
  • Christian Country Music is very similar to regular country music; in fact many artists release their songs to secular and Christian radio stations at the same time.
  • Praise and Worship is often heard in church services and on Christian radio stations. It is an easy listening type sound mixed with lyrics from the Bible or with a Christian theme.
  • Classic hymns appeal to those people who like the classic church sound. These songs usually have several verses and can often be heard during traditional church services.

Discover New Music for Free

Whether you’re collecting traditional worship songs for a service or event or you’re looking for new inspirational tracks for your playlist, try some free downloads to add variety to your music library. Your collection will grow quickly, and it’s always fun to discover inspiring songs, artists and styles.

Learn How to Get Free Samples by Mail Without Surveys

Free samples without surveys

There s a common myth that if you want to get something for free, to have to jump through every hoop to get it and it s usually not worth it. That s simply not true. It is possible to get free samples in the mail without filling out surveys. I get freebies every day in my mail box and I never answer a survey to get them. Look below to find out how to avoid the surveys, get out of answering them, and why filling out a survey to get a free sample may be a downright bad idea.

The Latest Free Samples Without Surveys

To see the latest free samples and freebies, you ll want to check out this free samples by mail list that s updated daily with the newest and 100% legitimate free samples. These are legitimate free samples and there are not any lengthy surveys to take to get them. They only take a few minutes to submit your mailing information.

What s Required and What s Not to Get Free Samples

When you go to request a free sample you at minimum have to tell the company your name and your address so they can mail you the free samples.

They also will usually ask for your email address. I m not going to lie to you, this is probably to add you to their mailing list. If you re considered about this, sign up for a separate free email address to use just for your free samples. They may also be an option at the bottom of the request form to opt out of any newsletters they would like to add you to.

Some companies might want you to answer a few survey questions to get your freebie. However, a lot of these aren t required and you can submit the form without answering them. Keep your eye out for an asterisk that specifies the required and optional parts of the freebie form.

You do however want to answer the questions that are required and you feel comfortable in answering, this is one of the top ways to make sure that the free samples you request actually arrive.

Long Surveys Could Mean a Scam

If you run across a free sample or freebie that requires you to answer pages upon pages of survey questions or sign up for trial offers, run far, far away as quickly as you can.

These are signs of a freebie scam and you ll want to avoid them. Either the person is running a website so they can make affiliate money when you sign up for programs or they are trying to steal your information.

Remember to never, ever provide your credit card information to get a freebie. A legitimate freebie is not worth getting unauthorized charges to your credit card or your identity stolen.

Privacy and Free Samples Surveys

There are the occasional legitimate free samples that will ask you a few survey questions. They do this to either see if you qualify for a free sample or so they can get more information about who wants to try their product.

If you feel uncomfortable answering these questions, then move on. It s not worth giving up your privacy to get something for free. There will be plenty of other free samples and freebies to request.

Free Samples Without Surveys

We all love free stuff. But we don t love having to fill out an annoying survey every time we want to try out a new health or beauty product. Since a lot of freebie beauty offers require you to participate in a survey or some other type of questionnaire, getting free samples can end up being pretty time consuming if you re not careful.

This page of our site is a list of only the offers that do not require you to fill out a survey. Although some of the other offers are still worth signing up for, this list of questionnaire-free offers can be a convenient resource for those wishing to find the very most hassle-free makeup and beauty samples.

Free samples are great. We all love them. What we don t like are the surveys that some offers require us to fill out. Ew. Spare me please.

When I look for samples, I want a list of only those free sample offers that don t make me answer a bunch of questions. I think enough while I m at work. I don t want to fill out entire questionnaire during my free time. I just want the sample. Period.

The only problem with this is that it s almost impossible to find lists of survey-free samples. That s why I created this page. Free samples without surveys galore. 🙂

HELPFUL TIPS FOR REQUESTING FREE STUFF WITHOUT SURVEYS:

1. Keep in mind that these freebies take a long time to arrive. Since these companies are sending them out free of charge, they can take anywhere from 3-12 weeks to be sent out. Yes, that is up to 3 months.

2. Be polite! If the company offering the freebie requires you to message them, remember to be respectful and polite, not entitled. These companies often get bombarded with requests once they make a freebie available. Being polite and courteous goes a long way.

3. Most offers for samples without surveys run out very quickly sometimes within minutes or hours. Others will be available for days or weeks. Some, but not many, are available for more than a few weeks. If you see a freebie you like, hurry and sign up!

4. Remember that PrettyThrifty.com does not send out the actual freebies. Our freebie section of the website lists offers that we find around the web. Each sample offer is from a separate, third party company.

If you like what you ve found, help us spread the word by sharing this page on Google+, Twitter or Facebook. Thank you!

10 Ways to Get Free Stuff Without Surveys or Credit Cards

Last Updated January 24, 2016

Free stuff without surveysWe all like free stuff and samples!

But it seems like you always have to participate in a survey or complete some kind of offer to get them.

Is it possible to get real free things without having to fill out surveys?

Whether you want freebies in your inbox, or looking to get free stuff mailed to you without shipping fees, there are always ways to get them.

If you like getting paid for surveys, and are going to join only one site, I would recommend you choose Ipsos-iSay. Ipsos is the most fun and well-paying panel. Give it a try to see how you like it. It is free anyway!

The fact is that some manufacturers or businesses would insist on you to provide answers to survey questions that they organize, but that doesn t mean that we have to always go through the survey route in order to enjoy free samples.

But what is without any reasonable doubt is that you will always have to surrender some basic information like who you are and where you stay, before you can even request for some free samples.

Sometimes, it is not uncommon for companies to ask detailed information that you are not willing to render voluntarily. If you don t feel like giving away such personal information, then skip it! While a freebie may be nice to have, it is never going to be at the expense of your real intimate data about yourself.

At the same time, there will always be companies that are willing to forgo certain personal information in exchange for your honest inputs about some of the real questions that they are more interested to find answers on. As you fill out forms, pay attention to those fields (usually denoted by asterisks that explain certain fields are to be completely filled or can be left blank).

With that said, here is how you can get completely free stuff by mail or email without surveys and free shipping:

Use Freebie Websites

I am sure that you must have noticed that there many websites that give you free stuff. But if you have been diligent in your observation, you would also have noticed that many of them are actually scams.

Keep your focus on finding sites that can ultimately give you the samples you desire.

It is not your job to find a survey or free trial offer sign up sites.

Instead, consciously look out for websites that link you to real companies or sites that do not often require detailed information, other than the usual name and address, in order to land you onto those real free samples.

If you re looking for free samples by mail, this is your destination. This is a blog that provides fairly regular updates. It organizes the samples into categories, which makes the website easy to navigate.

  • Yo Free Samples

There is an opt in mailing list on offer here. If you choose, you can receive your daily list of some of the best deals through your e-mail.

  • FreeFlys

Most top brands imaginable are represented here. You can sample free food to household utilities, and anything else in between.

  • Free Snatcher

This is actually a blog site but it has pretty real-time updates throughout the day. The goodies you can find here include samples, coupons and online deals.

  • FreeBeeBuzz

I find this site to be fairly comprehensive. Regardless of freebies, coupons, deals and bargains on products that you are after, the site does not disappoint. As a general practice, it is best that you try out the items of interest before you buy them. Diligent shoppers would love this website.

  • SampleLoft.com

This could be your ideal website if you are looking for items that do not cost anything at all. Moreover, it never attempt to sell you anything or make you do in surveys after surveys in order to claim these products.

  • KidsFreeStuff (Update: No longer working)

If stuffs like stickers, books, games, crafts, Make-Your-Own Pop-Up Cards more fancy you, you could very well fall in love all over again! Best of all, you can have all these samples free.

    7. Use Social Networks

The explosion of Internet has led many companies to offer free samples or even the entire product on social media networks.

The game plan is simple: by making their proposition more appealing to you on their Facebook or Twitter account, they are hoping that you could be impressed enough to include them on your own page, which is easily available to all your friends, whom they again hope to be motivated enough to do exactly what you did.

So the whole machinery of marketing goes on.

Often, laying your hands on these free samples is not so straightforward.

Try Swagbucks, the famous rewards program that pays you for watching videos, taking surveys, shopping and more.

But if there is a will, there is a way, so the saying goes

First, you have to track them down on their Facebook or Twitter account, or both. Check out their walls (or through the direct feed) if they are coming out with some goodies to give away.

If these stuffs interest you, then you must make an effort to say you like them or want to befriend them. You then follow up with your name and address so that these free samples can get to you.

    8. Call Your Favorite Companies

While the approach may not sound one bit high tech or sophisticated, you can help yourself to the free samples by ringing up or writing to the manufacturer directly.

It would be better if you profess to have some knowledge or experience about their earlier products. After all, what manufacturers would be interested to know is the opinions of the public, regardless positive or negative thoughts.

If they think you can be dependent on to relay useful feedback, they may be motivated enough to send you coupons, free samples or promotional products.

Needless to say, if you happen to be a popular blogger or someone who regularly post product reviews (either on your own site or 3rd party sites like Yelp, epinions, or Amazon), your credential would just get cranked up a notch in their eyes.

    9. Check Individual Company Websites

Another way to get free samples is to check directly with the company that manufactures or markets the product you want.

Sometimes, a trial lot may be produced in order to test the market s reaction and these companies would want to give away the samples to as many individuals as possible, so as to solicit feedback. Such companies are often in the business that sells toiletries, makeup and cosmetics.

But there are also companies like Walmart that give free samples of all kinds of products from many of the suppliers they work with.

    10. Use Apps

Amazingly, there is this Free Stuff Without Surveys app from FreeStuffResource.com to guide you along in order to help you get the best free samples offers without going through the surveys route.

This works on an aggregate basis and regularly checks the web for the best offers and presents them in a well-organized way.

Without lifting even an eyelid, suddenly the best and free stuffs are available to you on your iPhone or android powered smartphone.

    Final Word

I am sure the above list is not exhaustive when it comes to getting free samples of products that you can use on a regular basis.

Some approaches may be no-brainer as you simply go ahead and click “like” on a social media page, while others are not so straightforward.

But my main point is that there are ways to get real free stuff without doing surveys or completing tons of offers. You just have to know here to look.

Join SurveyJunkie, one of the few survey panles that gets an A+ rating from the BBB.

And it is 100% free to join and make money.

    Discussion

    Gail Stevens says

l think this is great especially since l don t have a credit card of any kind, now l can finally get some of the free stuff from on line.

I am glad you liked it Gail.

Yeah, these are all great ways to get a few freebies without pulling out your credit card or spending 20 minutes ticking those surveys boxes.

I have tried to find site that give free product samples and never recieved anything. These sites call me constantly and fill my e-mail address with all their adds that say free products with no postage cost and then they want a credit card after I fill out all the surveys and questions. So needless to say I m not impressed at all. I m going to start putting all these sites on my blogs and my Facebook account. I m so disappointed.

Yeah, when it comes to freebie sites, there are lots of crappy ones out there. And even with legit ones, you don t really get anything for free. In most cases you they are giving you freebies in exchange for your information (which they can use to match you with potential advertisers that may have products you might be interested in). That is how they make their money and can afford to give people free stuff.

That said, the sites listed above are as legit as they get. Give them a try and see how you like them.

Thanks for sharing your experience, by the way, Peggy.

And it is 100% free to join and make money.

l think this is great especially since l don t have a credit card of any kind, now l can finally get some of the free stuff from on line.
